APPOINTMENTS

Everyone’s time is important! Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment so we can utilize your full scheduled time to give great service.

GRATUITIES

We would prefer you bring cash for any gratuities as the exorbitant credit card charges challenge our ability to keep our prices down.

CANCELLATIONS

Please provide at least 24 hours to cancel an appointment so we have ample time to fill the opening from our wait list (those waiting for an appointment).

We want you to be 100% satisfied! In the event you are less than that, please contact us within 5 days to address any issues you are having. After the 5th day, any revisions will be considered a new service or evaluated on a case by case basis.
